To lead a team of Priority Clients staff to take care of servicing and managing customer relationships by uncovering their needs and providing them with the appropriate products & services. Responsible for ensuring that proper hand off process is adhered to between the acquisitions and deepening teams. | |
Key Roles & Responsibilities | |
• Manage a team that anticipates client requirements with a focus towards managing the existing base as well as increase cross product holding per client • Manage a team to retain existing high value clients by growth of wallet with the bank through relationship management activities • Resolve client queries without further escalation • Effectively convert service recovery to sales opportunities and sustained client loyalty • Lead the Priority relationship team to achieve specified sales targets. • Supervise and coordinate the sales efforts and promotional activities to meet existing customer needs. • Provide coaching and guidance on sales management. • Implement a consistent and disciplined customer contact management strategy to support the deepening and retention strategy. • Responsible for team capacity and productivity management. • Responsible for team recruitment, training & development curriculum including certification, empowerment rules, retention strategies, rewards & recognition programs and career paths • Ensure compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities • Conduct staff meetings and provide support/updates for sales campaigns and activities, procedural changes, management directives • Evaluate performance of Relationship Managers against SOPs and KPIs | |
Qualifications & Skills | |
• University Graduate with a minimum 4-5 years sales management experience in Retail Clients/Consumer Banking Business. • Working knowledge of Priority/High Value Segment Management-Relationship Management in HVS an added advantage • Understanding of Wealth Management • Superb Communication and Presentation skills • Strong sales and Marketing Skills • Strong People Management skills • Knowledge of the Market and competitive environment • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, internally and externally. |
