Key Roles & Responsibilities | |
Provide advice on potential financial solutions based on identified needs Analyse financial requirements of clients and match with the bank’s product offerings Work with Business Clients to qualify their requirements in the bank’s products and provide services accordingly Provide a high level of professionalism in conducting consultations and profiling with clients Analyse individual customer profiles to identify selling opportunities and follow through the execution of the sales Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity records Work with Customer Service colleagues in order to maximise sales referral opportunities Deliver services to customers that are synonymous with the brand experience being promoted by the bank Ensure disciplined adherence to set sales and relationship management processes and standards Analyze financial requirements of clients and match with bank’s product offerings Collaborate with product, credit and functional specialists to deliver timely and effective client solutions Operate within Risk and Compliance requirements/framework Able to convert service recovery issues into customer loyalty opportunities | |
Qualifications & Skills | |
Experience: • At least 3 years experience in a credit function plus knowledge of the business banking environment will be an added advantage. This experience should be in a front office position or sales position. • Experience in corporate/wholesale banking preferred Knowledge: • Preferably a Good first Degree in a numerical subject e.g. Bachelor of Commerce-Accounting, Finance, Statistics etc. • Good understanding of accounts gained through professional associations i.e. ACCA, CPA • Credit Skills Assessment qualified or enrolled. • Trade Skills Assessment qualified or enrolled. Key Competencies/personal attributes: • Analytical skills and able to probe and identify opportunities |
