Lavington, Nairobi Salary: 15,000/= Ksh + High commissions

Contract: Fixed Term

Hours: 12 hours per day over 7 days

Monday to Sunday: 6am to 6pm

A Website Maintenance Assistant is required to join our team in Lavington, Nairobi.

This is a full-time permanent contract, working 12 hours per week, Monday – Sunday. The main shift pattern for this role will be 6am to 6pm, flexibility to work overtime shifts is also required.

WHAT THE Website Maintenance Assistant JOB INVOLVES: The Website Maintenance Assistant role is a varied and challenging one where no one day is the same.

As a Website Maintenance Assistant, working within a friendly and supportive team you will be playing a vital role in ensuring that our clients get their websites and other things sorted out..

Covering a number of our websites, you will be:

Providing reactive and planned maintenance services

Resolving a variety of general maintenance issues and problems

Fix websites and hosting accounts when they are down

Undertaking general website clean up duties and other works, as requested

Ensuring that all works are conducted to the highest quality standards and in line with our regulations.

You will have regular customer interactions providing them with excellent service, including:

Following up on customer or related issues

Assisting customers with queries or issues

Supporting with customer sales enquiries

Providing a decisive and effective response to customer complaints (with the appropriate support and guidance).

Have experience in a customer contacting role

Have previous experience of websites and planned maintenance

Have developed an understanding of website design basics like HTML or PHP

Are a first class team player who possesses a positive and collegiate attitude

Are able to work flexible hours (including weekends), and to take part in a rota

Thrive on understanding, empathising and delivering against customer needs

Possess strong communication skills and can build relationships effectively with people

Are computer literate

Are able to work at pace, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy

Have excellent personal time management and prioritisation skills

Are self-motivated and able to work on your initiative.
