Business Development Manager – Child care Our client, a fast growing company that provides Childcare Solutions for Kenyan and multinational companies, working parents, and their children from 3 months to 5 years, before they are of the age to join formal schooling is looking for a Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the process of identifying, educating, and signing new corporate clients under the guidance of the CEO.
- Work directly with the CEO on creating and executing the sales strategy.
- Responsible for maintaining the corporate client relationship and leads the on boarding process of a new center.
Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing / communication / public relations.
- Must have 5 years of proven track record in generating sales and converting deals.
- Skills to present information in a clear and structured way, both in verbal and written form.
- Excellent analytical skills to understand the macro parameters and at the same time to pay attention to the details.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Monthly gross salary: Attractive remuneration depending on experience
