They seek to hire a dynamic and result driven individual to fill the position of a Team Leader – Installations. Candidates with a technical background are encouraged to apply.
Purpose
Supervise the sites for set standards, Ensure all the installation are done with defined quality and are handed over to the client to their expectation and satisfaction.
Installations Team Leader Key Responsibilities
- Ensure standard & trouble free Installation as per the specs agreed with the client
- Ensure all the standards are followed during Installation
- Responsible for monitoring the installation for 3 months and providing status to customer and management.
- Provide daily status report to HOD
- Promotes and maintains a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image within team and with customers.
- Identify areas of improvement to quality and help define solutions
- Exemplify continuous improvement of our products, processes and services and those of our clients
- Maintain and create a positive work environment on your shift that promotes teamwork and skills development
- Provide feedback to both management and team members, make recommendations on activities of staff regarding training, motivating, product/customer knowledge, etc
- Responsible for problem escalation and communication to management and customers as required
- Respond to and fix system, application problems and issues during times of high volume.
IT Job Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering and/or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years of experience as a projects team leader
- Must have practical installation experience of security systems such as Alarms, CCTV, etc.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Possess a solid customer service attitude
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, ability to work in a fast-paced team atmosphere
- Able to explain technical information to non-technical people with respect and courtesy
- Solid Understanding of security Equipment
