Job Vacancy: Sales Executive


Position Summary: Build business by identifying and selling residential and commercial plots to prospective buyers by creating and maintaining relationships with clients.

Key Tasks


  • Identify business opportunities; researching and analyzing sales options

  • Selling products by establishing contacts and developing relationships with customers

  • To deliver sales of the company product as per the targets to be given

  • Conducting sales presentations, site visits when selling the company products

  • Preparation of daily workplan,weekly targets and weekly reports

  • Managing Debtors and collection of the same.



Job Specification



  • Diploma in sales and Marketing

  • Must have at least 1year experience working in a real estate setup.

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Good standard of grammar (written and verbal)

  • Attention to detail

  • Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales.

  • The ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach.

  • Highly self motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.

  • Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.

  • Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets.

  • should have some work experience in facing the customers

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

  • Contributes to team success – actively participates as a member of the team to ensure the team moves towards the completion of its goals.
