JOB SUMMARY:

Develop World class marketing content for all our IMC campaigns


KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Develop liquid and linked briefs for key IMC campaigns

  • Develop world class communication material in collaboration with Content excellence manager

  • Lead creative agency relationship, managing resource allocation and quality control (timing, cost, creative delivery). Maintains contacts within the creative industry.

  • Lead the process of communication production, manage relationship with production houses.

  • Extensive High Level Strategic/Operational Interaction with: Content excellence manager, SMM, FMM, IMCD, and Brand managers, Finance, procurement

  • Nature and Purpose of the Interaction: Develop communication to deliver communication solutions for all key IMC campaigns

Required Experience


4-6 years relevant job experience, at least 4 years in a leading agency.


EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree, Masters degree preferred.


CULTURAL DIVERSITY:

Has worked most of his/her career in a collaborative working situation, in which different viewpoints from a range of stakeholders needed to be taken into account to arrive at a productive solution.

French, Portuguese an added advantage


ANALYSIS:



  • Business issues (full spectrum) – all brands, categories, market shares for all countries in Franchise

  • People issues (full spectrum)


TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Significant travel may be required


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Higher level of Strategic Direction will be provided by the Business Unit Strategic Marketing Managers than is currently the case. This impacts the level of strategic vs implementation work required in this role, with the former becoming more of localization for the Franchise within the context of the Business Unit strategy vs generation of new strategic thinking and/or drivers.
