Reporting To: Strategy Director Overall Job Purpose: The position ensures profitability by enhancing brand visibility acquired through brand management & marketing activities.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Leading the strategic planning process for the assigned brands based on key consumer insights to enhance current portfolio and improve communication with consumers.
- Initiating and implementing marketing activities for the assigned brand to enhance visibility and client acceptability, leading to increased revenue.
- Monitoring and analyzing brand performance (consumer diagnostics, profitability, etc.) against competition, and presenting the performance to management.
- Design & Implement the marketing plans by working with internal and external suppliers to deliver in a timely manner and on budget.
- Work with designers to produce materials of visual impact & within brand guidelines
- Degree in Marketing, Communications Management, PR or related field
- A minimum of three (3) years experience in Marketing
- Project Management Skills
- Have an understanding of change and communications management principles and methodologies
