Job Description:
- Analysis of data via excel, database queries & we analytics.
- Presentation of this data to the CEO and the senior team with your recommendation so they ca make better decision.
- Put together dashboards that will be used by the whole company.
- Do data analysis in google analytics to determine which marketing campaigns are working.
- Do funnel analysis to determine where the users are dropping off from the site.
- Compare the companies performance vs the competitors using public data online.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years working experience as a business analyst or product analyst.
- Strong grasp of excel.
- Basic statistics knowledge.
- Strong presentation and reporting writing skills.
- Finance skills -conversant with return on investment.
- Start up mindset.
- Can work with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web design skills.
- Basic understanding of programming languages( PHP most preffered)
- Understanding of modern web development frameworks.
- Grasp of statistical tools such as MATLAB, R or STATA.
- Prior experience with google analytics.
- Degree in Mathematics or Computer science or Finance.
- Knowledge of Nairobi property market.
- Prior knowledge of Tableau or other data presentation tools.
