Overseeing all aspects of the food delivery business you will create a culture to be proud of, coaching, supporting, motivating and engaging all employees.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer service
- Be able to solve customer problems in a timely manner
- Will be in charge of all deliveries
- Ensure Timely dispatch and hence delivery
- Will train and guide all the riders in the delivery fleet
- Gather and compile customer feedback
- Handle and resolve customer complains
- Should be able to ride a motor bike
- Ready to do deliveries in person
Qualifications:
- A degree from a recognized university, a diploma will be considered
- Computer literate
- Valid riding license and experience
- MUST have worked within a busy fast food restaurant preferably a renowned brand in the country or possess experience from a busy courier company
- 2 years’ working experience
