- A Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computing from a University recognized
- Relevant IT profession certification e.g MCSE, CCNA, CISA
- ITIL certification will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of relational databases specifically Oracle and MS-SQL
- A minimum of 5 Years’ experience in IT, 2 of which should be at supervisory level covering the following:
- System Support Management
- IT Service Management
- IT Infrastructure
- Project Management.
- Detail orientation
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
- Problem solving / solution driven / negotiation
- Excellent communication skills – articulate and well spoken English
- Ability to meet deadlines
