a
Club Floor Manager .
In this position, you will ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated and will be responsible for the satisfaction of all guests needs.
You will also be responsible for leading and motivating your team.
Ensure the distribution of guest amenities, welcome letters, fruit basket and club floor gifts are done in a timely manner.
You will be required to ensure that all colleagues within your section are adequately trained and developed in line with company policy.
You will actively guide and direct the whole team to ensure consistency of brand standards and a high level of performance and service delivery.
You should have sound knowledge of the hotel’s facilities and services. You will be overseeing Check In and Check Out,ensuring that all Club InterContinental guest’s details are recorded accurately, ensuring that billing instructions are clarified upon arrival, up-dating the guest folio and balancing all transactions at the end of every shift.
Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or a relevant field.
You should have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in guest services or similar role.
You will need to be flexible with working hours and be a team player.
An enthusiastic individual who can communicate easily with both your fellow team members and guests.
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English is required.
