Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Must have at least 5 years’ experience as a chef/cook. Experience must be proved.
- Knowing well international recipes, especially European.
- Experience in food costing
- Capacity to keep record of rations/amounts of food spent.
- Comfortably able to host people of all nationalities and religions.
Languages
- Excellent English and Swahili
- Spanish is a plus
Other skills required
- Ability to keep track and records over food used and recording inventory of crockery items.
- Baking
Responsibilities
- Designing menus for the clients in accordance to the needs and cooking for the clients and for the staff
