Job description
- Provide the 1st level support for technical issues
- Ensure the resolution of incidents within specific time constraints
- Perform routine system administration tasks
- Respond to requests of other technical teams
- Monitor equipment for quality of service, availability, and technical issues
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Investigate performance issues
- Assist in the testing of all new releases and upgrades
- Install, configure, optimize & maintain production systems, and applications
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree or technical training in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of training, and/or experience
- 2 years’ experience in maintenance and troubleshooting equipment in factory environment.
- Fluent in English and local language
- Ability to diagnose and analyze mechanical, electrical, and application issues
- Experience with Microsoft office tools (Excel / Word)
- Knowledge of basic IT support procedures and tools
- Knowledge of basic PLC setup and programming
