SICPA Job Vacancy : Field Service Technician



Job description




  • Provide the 1st level support for technical issues

  • Ensure the resolution of incidents within specific time constraints

  • Perform routine system administration tasks

  • Respond to requests of other technical teams

  • Monitor equipment for quality of service, availability, and technical issues

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance

  • Investigate performance issues

  • Assist in the testing of all new releases and upgrades

  • Install, configure, optimize & maintain production systems, and applications





Desired Skills and Experience




  • Bachelor degree or technical training in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of training, and/or experience

  • 2 years’ experience in maintenance and troubleshooting equipment in factory environment.

  • Fluent in English and local language

  • Ability to diagnose and analyze mechanical, electrical, and application issues

  • Experience with Microsoft office tools (Excel / Word)

  • Knowledge of basic IT support procedures and tools

  • Knowledge of basic PLC setup and programming
