Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Must have at least 5 years’ experience as a waiter. Experience must be proved.
- Knowing well about how to serve food & beverage.
- Experience in wine assessment and how to serve wine.
- Accounting abilities.
- Comfortably able to host people of all nationalities and religions.
Languages
- Excellent English and Swahili
- Spanish is a plus that will be rewarded
Other skills required
- Ability to keep track and records over bar sales
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities
- Serving the food and beverage to clients
- Keeping record of the inventory of items for food & beverage department
- Supervision of food & beverage procedures
