Our client is one of the leading largest dairy farms in Kenya seeks to recruit a Production Maintenance Process to give the company the desired direction to realizing its full potential in the Kenyan Market. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Responsible for resolving equipment problems and repair of all machinery/equipment Assist root cause failure analysis on critical equipment or component failures. Develop a repair and maintenance Providing technical recommendations for continuous improvement in plant production process Provide leadership to mechanics and technicians. Coach and mentor Mechanics/Technicians in the manufacturing areas. Work with above site groups to implement maintenance program improvements including asset care programs, predictive maintenance programs, and reliability based maintenance programs. Drive maintenance, equipment, and productivity improvements. Embed the use of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when manufacturing equipment fails. Be responsible for monthly R&M costs. Qualification and Experience. Must have at last 3 years experience as a Plant Maintenance Technician or related experience in Food Manufacturing Experience with Cleaning in Olace ( CIP) , Pasteurizer , Heat Exchangers , Valves (APV,ALFA LAV Ability to develop strong working relationships and provide leadership to team. Ability to communicate information using tact and persuasion as appropriate, requiring good oral and written communication skills.
