French Speaking ICT Helpdesk Agent
Qualification:
- Diploma / Graduate / Under-Graduate with the following skills:
- ICT related course in Hardware, Networking, System Administration
- Fluent in French (preference to those with native language as French)
- Prior experience will be an added advantage
- Understanding of a 24*7 support center
Role: Acts as an interface between francophone employees / customers and internal support teams
