Citi Job Vacancy in Kenya : TTS Sales Head


Job Background/context:



  • The principal purpose of the above position is to provide leadership and management in delivering the agreed TTS sales wins targets for Kenya via an indirect sales force by building and leveraging client relationships to grow Citi’s share of client’s TTS wallet to ultimately position Citi as strategic partner to Top Corporate & GSG names.

  • The job is critical in driving CSM strategy in Kenya, positioning cash for further growth and increasing our trade revenue across client base.

  • The job is dependant on support from Cash and Trade Product managers for solutions, client coverage teams for access to clients, Client Operations (CitiService and EB) and OPS for delivery and execution.


Qualifications

This role involves:



  • Leveraging existing relationships with TM names in order to assess the Cash & Trade wallet and identify opportunities which will translate into sales/incremental revenue.

  • Developing a focused sales strategy in order to capture share of wallet.

  • Structuring and executing both standard as well as non-standard trade & cash solutions.

  • Managing Cash & Trade deal pipeline, execution and support in conjunction with coverage and product.
