Implementation of effective connectivity solutions amongst Installed base & new installations to enable growth of digital remote service | |
• Working with a network of BB Champions in LCTs, establish 100% connectivity of eligible systems in the Installed Base and the new installations • Build and maintain the network of BroadBand Champions in LCTs, including digital mindset, technical and process training, pro-active tracking mechanisms, communication and escalation • Ensure BB Champions are empowered to drive connectivity in LCT by leading proactive actions with local FSE & OTR IS and monitoring execution • As the primary escalation point in the region, provide technical leadership to BB Champions and facilitate in resolving technical issues by interfacing with the CIS Genpact team when needed • Play a leading role with Product & Service Sales teams in region and the Service Delivery Central team to enable growth opportunities and deploy new digital technologies and develop service offerings • Build the working relationship with Sales Specialists, OTR Installation Specialists, CIS Genpact Connectivity team & Service Management to drive Connectivity in new and existing installations • On request of Sales or OTR IS, can present Remote Connectivity offerings / solutions to Customers • Maintain Connectivity database within current quality system and procedures. • Liaise at Regional, European and Global level as required to drive implementation of demand-driven reviews / solutions • Ensure quality connectivity implementation • Comply with GE Quality Policy | |
Degree in Electronics or equivalent • 5 years in GEHC preferably in service or technology role • Leadership skills • Project management experience • Knowledge of the local healthcare organization, structure and processes | |
3 years of Networking experience • Knowledge of DI equipment and its applications • Presentation skills • Team Player |
