Position Description
• Is capable of doing 3G Optimization activities for NSN/Ericssion (MV Environment)
• Is capable of developing optimization processes and activities to improve customer satisfaction
Organizational support
• Has a good understanding of the overall 3G (RU40) / LTE (RL50) network planning and optimization processes
• Has a good understanding of Network planning and network performance services activities
• Develops and contributes to NSN internal cooperation across organization lines and within Network planning and network performance services
• Contributes highly into the common development of the service line
• Planning and optimization tasks
• Understands the end-to-end network planning and optimization complexity and actively seeks for solutions to overcome those problems
• Has worked as key contributor in network planning, optimization and process development work
• Has planned networks that combine different technologies
• Has participated in strategic network planning and optimization development
• Has worked as planning or project manager (is a plus)
• Has both operator and vendor experience from several technologies and/or business areas
• Has worked as the main responsible in network planning or optimization customer consulting case
• Defining and monitoring KPIs reports on network, area and RNC level for 3G / LTE network
• Optimizing network performance by parameter and site configuration adjustment for 3G (RU40) / LTE (RL50)

• Is capable of applying understanding of one technology to a new technology
• Has worked on planning, measurements and optimization related tools
