- Identifying potential micro-grid sites and completing resulting reports.
- Assisting the micro-grid Engineering Associate in signing up customers, mapping villages and all reporting associated.
- Reporting your work to the Engineer Associate and Business Development Associate.
- Assist in training of micro-grid users.
- Efficient management of materials and tools required for your work.
- Providing post-installation customer service to micro-grid customers.
- Managing the company's micro-grid customer care phone.
- Data gathering and analysis on the performance and customer behavior of company's operational micro-grids.
