Our client in the manufacturing sector based in Nairobi seeks to Hire a HR Officer
- Performance management of employees
- In charge of external training and development
- Payroll preparation by 24th of every month
- Recruitment and termination
- Meeting Environmental, Health and safety standards
- Handling employees relations matters
- Developing and updating policy manual
- In charge of ISO processes and procedures
- Planning of manpower requirements
- Update employees files
- Human resource strategy
- Organization development and structure
- Timely, proper and accurate reports preparation of departmental report
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Directors from time to time.
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management
- Member of IHRM
- Experience in Payroll preparation
- Good Communication skills
- Good knowledge of labour laws
- Experience in handling staff issues
- At least 5 years’ experience – experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
Pay is 90,000 gross
