Brand (Sales) Manager 2015

Position Title: Brand (Sales) Manager

Ref: KL235996 The ideal candidate will have a valid driving license and also have an established track record of product specification experience with architects, developers, QS, contractors etc.

Role Duties




  • Develop strategic account plans, negotiate annual pricing agreements, and pursue value-selling methodologies to achieve business unit sales objectives.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate sales forecasts, and address issues involving slow-moving inventory, past-due payments, and customer disputed items.

  • Assist in the prioritization of customer orders and take actions to ensure sufficient levels of on-time delivery performance.

  • Investigate customer claims, issue corrective actions responses, and address technical issues as they arise.

  • Perform customer cold calls, develop new accounts for profitable sales growth, and issue detailed trip reports for sales management.

  • Collect competitor intelligence and provide market input for business cases as necessary.

  • Complete a detailed market map of Industrial accounts and increase market penetration for both long products and value-added components.



Requirements:



  • Sales experience – specifically in ironmongery, hardware, sanitary ware,

  • 3-5 years of experience in the building finishes trade

  • University degree

  • Valid driving license

  • Valid passport

  • Valid certificate of good conduct
