Customer Care personnel Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand the Automotive market (car brands, types and models), (tires brands, patterns and sizes)
- Understand customer’s needs and expectation.
- Provide and propose the best solution that meets customers’ needs.
- Quote and close the sales order on the initial customer enquiry.
- Up-sell and cross-sell company products and services offered by the outlet to maximize the turnover and profits.
- Effectively manage and solve customers’ complains.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with operational colleagues and workshop staff.
- Act as a mentor to other members of the Sales Team
- Be professional and approachable at all times, providing an excellent service to all customer
Customer Service Job Qualifications;
- Diploma is sales and marketing, Customer Service or other related field
- Should have a B in maths and a Mean Grade of B in KSCE
- 2 years Experience in sales/customer care
- Motor industry experience is an added advantage
- Good customer care skills.
