Vacancy: Head of Human Resources
A leading food manufacturing company with established brands in the market is seeking to recruit a highly capable, experienced and motivated individual to head our HR department.
He/she will be directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the
human resource function and will be reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource, Business or Organization development.
- A minimum of 8 years relevant work experience in HR strategy, recruitment, training and performance management
- HR experience in a manufacturing/FMCG will be an added advantage.
