Our client a leading ICT/Telecoms company in East Africa is currently seeking to employ energetic and enthusiastic Sales People with an experience in selling VSAT/Fibre/Wimax, for the position of a Client Relations Manager. The incumbent will be tasked with the following responsibilities
Client Relations Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Nurture and build supportive client relationships on client accounts.
- Consistently provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Representing the client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality
- Managing targeted accounts and presenting a broad portfolio of business products and services
- Building relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities
- Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client
- Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue
- Planning and writing proposals, and leading ongoing project presentations to clients
- Responsible for the success and satisfaction of the individual client relationships
- Grows the client relationship in terms of revenue generated and account profitability
- Develops position as confidante with senior managers within client organization, the client and company
- Preparation of pricing, including costing resources, verification of resource requirements and timings for lump sum elements
- Vetting costing, timings and margins with Finance Manager, Business Line Managers and Product Managers as necessary
- Preparation of pricing clarifications and commercial qualifications
- Ensuring contract terms and conditions are reviewed and qualifications incorporated in proposal.
- Ensure that service level agreements are maintained and renewed in a timely manner.
- Review the project with the Product Manager for comments and approval.
- Follow-up on the sent quotations / proposal to the client till logical conclusion
Minimum Qualification For Client Relations Jobs
- Hold of a Diploma or Degree in a Business related field.
- You must be at least 25 years of age.
- Sales experience- Over 2 years – in a commission based environment.
- Experienced in selling VSAT/Fibre/Wimax a must.
- Computer literate.
- Communication & leadership skills.
- Track record- of success.
