- Undergraduate Degree in Business
- 3+ years of experience in coordinator or management role; experience in medium-large scale retail operations
- A good understanding of blinds and curtains either through previous employment or from general interest
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to coach, counsel and motivate performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to effectively analyse, assess, and identify process and system improvements
- Ability to facilitate and manage conflict resolution
- Ability to communicate and partner with other departments to identify and develop process and procedural improvements
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to balance multiple priorities
- Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and able to work well with others
- Driven problem solver with strong critical and creative thinking skills
- Excellent customer service skills
