Qualifications


  • Undergraduate Degree in Business

  • 3+ years of experience in coordinator or management role; experience in medium-large scale retail operations

  • A good understanding of blinds and curtains either through previous employment or from general interest

  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to coach, counsel and motivate performance

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • Ability to effectively analyse, assess, and identify process and system improvements

  • Ability to facilitate and manage conflict resolution

  • Ability to communicate and partner with other departments to identify and develop process and procedural improvements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to balance multiple priorities

  • Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and able to work well with others

  • Driven problem solver with strong critical and creative thinking skills

  • Excellent customer service skills
