Help Desk Engineer Job in Kenya


Our client is currently recruiting a Help Desk Engineer .



Requirements


  • Excellent telephone skills and neutral accent

  • Excellent written communication skills & high level of comprehension

  • Must have an understanding of POP3/SMTP/FTP/HTTP Protocols

  • Have an understanding of DNS & Domain name registration, internet and how it functions

  • Have an understanding of WIFI connectivity with phones, tablets, PCs, MACs and other devices

  • Must have knowledge of windows & applications commonly used on home computers

  • Must have knowledge of Apple MAC computers and applications, mobile devices (phones & tablets) email & wifi setup

  • Knowledge of VOIP & how it functions

  • Ability to learn about new communication technologies as required

  • Up-to-date technical knowledge, good analytical & problem solving skills

  • Must keep good accurate records and have excellent time management skills

  • Posses a degree/Diploma in related field
