We are growing and as we grow we seek to fill the position of an Operations Coordinator.
The job
The Operations coordinator will;
- Review all quotes sent out on agreement for payment timelines
- Handle Key accounts and ensure that payment s are made in time as per agreement
- Oversee company’s implementation of the sales strategy to realize the financial objectives
- Prepare periodical reports for decision making
- Prepare reports on business captured
- Listen to customer needs and liaise with insurance service providers to develop products based on the customer demands
- Oversee agreements with insurance providers and ensure that they are adhered to and renegotiate terms on renewal to favorable terms to Allstate
- Manage business processes within the business to ensure harmony and efficient service delivery
Technical competencies
- A degree/ diploma in actuarial science
- A certificate/Diploma in sales and marketing
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role

- A person with good interpersonal skills to relate well to customers, staff and any other stakeholders they may interact with from time to time.
