We are seeking to recruit the following vacant position:
Marketing Executive
Ref: KNC/MAK/001 Reporting to: Marketing and Communications Manager
Job Responsibilities: Supports marketing operations by:- compiling, formatting, reporting information and materials.
Ensures the achievement of marketing and sales targets, profitability and growth. Duties:
- Assisting the marketing manager and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities.
- Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature.
- Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications
- Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required
- Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature.
- Writing articles and promotional material for the company.
- Preparing interesting written information and uploading marketing material to on line libraries, Internet groups and social media sites.
- Updating and maintaining the marketing department’s documentation and databases.
- Managing events, booking venues and ordering marketing materials.
- Assist in preparing marketing budgets.
- Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
- Supports sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and product capability booklets; compiling account and competitor analyses.
- Assembles consumer rating reports by compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations.
- Updates competitor database by inputting data from field sales; compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations; distributing reports
- Maintain regular contacts with customers.
- Any other other duties assigned.
Marketing Executive Skills and Qualifications:
- A diploma in Marketing. A degree will be an added advantage.
- 2 years work experience in sales and marketing.
- Personable, presentable and articulate.
- Effective project management skills
- Sound understanding of marketing principles
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office,
- Strong administration and organizational skills.
